Brilliant day was had by six coaches who attended the Essex Coaching Conference at Campion School. They were treated to superb speeches by ex Sarries Player Kelly Brown - inspirational words! and other Saracen coaches and England RFU coaches.

They spent the afternoon taking part in practical sessions to learn new coaching techniques and games for:
Back Attack
Defence
Ruck and Maul
Line Outs (probably the funniest section!, watching them all jump to catch high balls etc..!)

Well worth the long day they all picked up lots of new tips, understood the new Development Player Programme set by Saracens and Essex for the older boys and met lots of new people!
