Few warm up practises which caused a lot of hilarity and huge competitiveness as we raced towards coloured cones to try and beat our opposition and whilst some were faster others were better at listening which cone to go to!!!

We then went straight into a mixed match of 02 touch following on from last week. It was a lot faster and more competitive this week, with superb reffing from Hannah G the game kept momentum and was really really good.

PLayer of the day had to go to Anna Dunk for her honesty in retreating and the speed that she picked up the new rules. Well done!
