Captain Gillett and Vice Captain Churchill lead the team out on a frosty morning!

December on a frosty morning and the sun still shining.
Burnham today visited their local rivals South woodham ferrers for this local Derby.
Burnham won the toss and opted to receive the ball from kick off, the first half for Burnham wasn't going to plan and woodham were on top and running through 4 quick tries.Burnham couldn't rally this half to contain their opponents and three more tries where scored without reply.
Half time team talk and with Fire in their bellies Burnham come out with tails riding high.
This saw a must improved second half for Burnham who started to match Woodham and lead to a fine passing move from a maul and the outside centre side footing two players to run a try. It was a tightly fought half and Woodham eventually managed to run in further three tries
