2nd session a great hit

Great session again tonight from all, a lot of hard work.
Plenty of passing drills to blow those forward passes away.

(We had some running with warm up session, rugby rounders, jogs and sprints followed by quick pass rugby netball.
Ended with game of touch rugby.For the very end Kicking and catching.)

Mentions to all, Sam quick on the switch and pass, Louis Roberts with some great run on to the balls. Charlie support and running , Wills none stop terrier in the middle.
Harvey also for his forward runs, Hayden'wing support play always there for the end pass. Shaun on the wing and quick interplay.
And a special mention to Matt and his excellent Burpees!!
