This season has been tough for the kids as there have been no matches and just lots to learn in training with the introduction of tackling. However with the COVID restrictions only a small part of training could be dedicated to the actual contact part of the tackle.

Even during the limited training we could do in each session the children all did very well all season and they are eager to start next season with some form of 'normality' (fingers crossed).

All of the children received medals for the season but it was decided not to do individual trophies this year due to the lack of matches.

There will be some summer training with a focus on fitness and ball handling skills in June/July (updates to follow). But for now a well earned rest for all and the coaches look forward to starting again soon.
