LADIES WIN THE FINAL AT CLACTON - WELL DONE!

Ladies had a fantastic day of rugby on a bright and very sunny day. Supporting our wonderful Hawaiian shirts the girls and ladies played out of their skin. Some matches were tough but they never gave up. They had a superb semi final against some nippy youngsters and then were in the final against a bigger quicker Chelmsford squad. The match was played with good spirit and some laughter was had by all. It was 5 - 5 with about a minute to go and Burnham managed to spot the space and smash through for the final try, winning 5-6. Really well done to all our players our defensive game all day was incredible, very tight. Sportsmanship was equally brilliant. Really really well done.
