U8’s Awards Night

Well after a fabulous season we end with a great night at the Junior Award Night.
All but two of our team were there. We did miss Sienna & our new member Harrison. All the team deserve praise for the individual improvements each member has made. The 3 awards were given to Charlie Hill for Most Improved Player for upping his game throughout the season. George Corrigan won Players Player which is decided by all the players. This years Player of the Year went to Matthew Corrigan for being consistently good at all the basic skills. Making a lot of ground in the middle enabling the team to score try’s. And he is always determined to perform at his best week in week out. Well done Matthew.
The players & the parents would like to thank Graham, Ant & Theresa for all their hard work planning, teaching & organsing throughout the season. Our children really appreciate everything you do for them.
As a team we would like to thank the club for your help & support. And special thanks to Hazel & Dave Gillett for organising yet another fabulous event yesterday.
