U13s v Chingford

The under 13's travelled to Chingford for their first away match of the season. Despite being knee deep in the mud after the recent poor weather condition the boys gave it their all. Chingford opened the scoring but this didn't stop our boys, they fought back with some awesome tackles. Scoring for burnham was opened by Sid Jarchow(C) despite several player from Chingford trying to hold him back. The great team work shown today lead to an exciting game with some great plays allowing Sid Jarchow to score a further try and Jack Hawkins to score another. However the try's were the result of team work and none would have been possible without the rest of the team. James Holbrook made some superb tackles along with Sam Aydon, Max Pollard, Mitch Sims, Connor Treschler, Shay Kiernan and Nathan Clark. Again it has been difficult to choose the man of the match however this week it has been awarded to James Holbrook.
