U13's Burnham vs Braintree

Running against the wind didn't stop the boys from playing some fantastic rugby today. The scoring was opened by Braintree but burnham didn't let that deter them. The spectators were kept on their toes not knowing which team would come out the winners. Some great plays allowed burnham to take the lead until the end of the game when they conceded two try's in the last five minutes. Despite the final score showing a loss the boys have ended this season on a high. Today's game showed how they have gelled as a team and developed their individual skills throughout the past season, as well as their dedication to the sport. This season has not been the easiest due to lack of players, but through determination and word of mouth we have managed to slowly build this up.

Man of the match this week is too hard to call as all the boys played so well. Therefore we are giving man of the match to Mel for being the referee every week and being so loyal to the team .
